Know your piece.

Gently pull the two sides of the folded page holder apart.

Open it fully until the two wings extend outwards.

Slip your thumb through the elastic so it rests over the top, and set the Bashi between your open pages.

Place the page holder over the open pages to keep your place while you read.

From its closed "key" shape, gently pull the two sides apart until it forms a shallow "M" — not fully flat.

Slide each tab toward the centre, then down, then inward until it clicks. Locked together, they form a small bridge.

Slip your thumb through the elastic so it rests over the top, and set the Bashi between your open pages.

As you turn a page, press lightly where the tabs meet to keep the hold. When you're done, unlock the tabs (in, up, out) and fold it shut.
